I had a wonderful experience at Duset serviced apartments and I must highlight the exceptional hospitality provided by Amin at the reception. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. His attentiveness and dedication truly made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Amin for your outstanding service.
The experience at Duset has been abysmal. 7 months living there and there’s a select few good workers there. the 4pm to 12pm receptionist is awful alongside the manager. They made my life hell from a single disagreement and it’s not representative of the pleasant culture of Saudi Arabia. Truly upsetting because their vengeful attitude permeated to others of their coworkers souring my living experience entirely. Steer clear if possible. Definitely a semi sketchy place too. Having birds in the stairwell for weeks at a time as pets on site, taking days to throw out garbage and they’ll get 7 people clean your room in 10 minutes only to leave you without toilet paper, towels or soap.
One of the worst, rooms aren't clean and cheap; they're not charging cheap though. There was a permanent smell of waste inside the room and they seemed unable to get rid of that despite cleaning again and again. I would say stay away from this hotel, the entire hotel is at low quality. Only the location is good that's it
