I had an incredible stay at Dusit Beach Resort! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top notch. The resort itself is stunning, modern, elegant, and located right on Tumon Bay with breathtaking ocean views. What truly made my experience exceptional was the front desk manager, Jerald and his staff. I had a few special requests and minor issues during check-in, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Not only were they professional and courteous, their genuine care made me feel truly valued as a guest. The room was immaculate, the dining options were excellent, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here.
Great location with many food options nearby. Ample free parking available. Service is great. Breakfast is around 31 dollars. Typical options available. Though, no omelette made to order. Rooms are clean. Water pressure is great. Has a fridge, no microwave. Only issue, thermostat set to 60 deg F, and room would only get to a balmy 75 deg F.
Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs My recent stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare, and it was all due to the incredibly incompetent and rude concierge staff. Check-in time is supposed to be at 3PM, but I was forced to wait an additional 30 minutes because my room wasn't ready. When I finally received my key, it was for the wrong room. I stood in front of a closed door in the hallway for several minutes, confused as to why my key wasn't working. When I went back downstairs to the front desk, the concierge showed zero remorse. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, they had the audacity to ask me why the room number was wrong. When I explained that the key simply didn't work, they gave me a new one, offering a half-hearted excuse about an "error." This level of service is completely unacceptable. It was no surprise to me that the guest in front of me was also yelling at the staff. My entire experience made it clear why. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will certainly never be staying here again.
