The staff make this hotel such a relaxing and lovely experience. Every single member of staff was always smiling and welcoming. The cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff, particularly Thomas and Aung were so attentive and friendly. Samuel was also so kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Islam from Engineering department is very good in service. He is knowledgeable and very prompt in service. He has resolved my engineering related maintenance issues in my apartment no 1501. I recommend him for for his good service.
