Dusit Princess Hotel Residences Nairobi

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nairobi—especially families, couples, or business travellers. Set in secure Westlands, it offers a serene yet convenient base. From the moment you arrive, the staff (friendly, attentive, and professional) make you feel exceptionally well cared-for. The rooms are spacious, immaculate, and thoughtfully furnished. For moments to unwind, the Aviary rooftop bar offers fantastic cocktails and city views, while the on-site Olive restaurant delivers well-rounded cuisine. Leisure facilities—like the quiet gym and heated pool—are superbly maintained. Combine all that with top-tier cleanliness, excellent value for money, and peace of mind in a safe area—and you’ve got a stay worth repeating.

My overall experience at the hotel was exceptional, the security 👌 the customer service was excellent, everyone at the hotel was welcoming, polite and eager to help. Only one issue that I raised and was immediately addressed which means the staff take feedback seriously. The breakfast was scrumptious and every morning I was looking forward to a new menu. Kudos to the management and most especially General Manager, Lionel who made an effort to write me a welcome note with my name on it. It put a smile on my face and made me feel at home. The best hotel we stayed at in Nairobi. Excellent service with clean, spacious rooms. Gladys our server for meals was friendly and attentive as were the other staff. Highly recommend Dusit Princess if you stay in the city!
