From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was blown away by the exceptional level of service and warm hospitality. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles, and check-in was a breeze. It was quick, smooth, and professional. It immediately set the tone for what turned out to be a truly wonderful stay. Every team member I encountered, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Whether it was helping with directions, offering dining recommendations, or just checking in to see how my day was going, their kindness and attention to detail made me feel right at home. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained. What really impressed me was how responsive and accommodating the staff were. Any request I had was met with a positive attitude and swift action. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier, wow-worthy stay. Five stars all the way!

Excellent hotel overall with friendly staff, a great breakfast buffet, a large gym and a nice pool as well as beautiful rooms. I particularly liked the shower in the room. There are better locations in Malacca but this is still within walking distance of the main areas of the old town. Excellent value for money.

so far the best hotel in Melaka that I have experienced, check in and check out counters are very fast and easy. breakfast with various menu choices and all are delicious, and car parking is available. Easy walking distance to Jongker Walk about 20-25 minutes. kids love the swimming pool. friendly and welcoming staff. stayed with family there on weekends and PH. the hotel is very crowded, breakfast has to queue, but it doesn't matter because their staffs work very fast. we will definitely come back to stay at this hotel. thank you for your hospitality. keep it up the good work.
