Dusit Princess Moonrise Beach Resort

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The rooms, service, food, and amenities were all fantastic. The whole week was an absolute dream. Rooms: We had an ocean view room, which has a nice view and a big balcony to relax on and listen to the waves crash. The room is equipped with all the amenities you might need, including dental kits, bath towels, a beach bag, beach towels, and robes. The staff had also decorated our room to wish us a happy honeymoon, which was a really nice touch. Food: There are two restaurants on site, Soi 14 (Thai) and the Palm Restaurant (Vietnamese/Western). The Palm Restaurant was so good that we ended up eating there every night of our stay. The burgers and pizza were unbelievably good and the best I've had in Asia. For breakfast, there is a huge spread every morning, including a variety of hot dishes, bread, cheese, and an egg station. The service is excellent at all times of the day, and Ms. Sofia deserves a special shoutout for being so nice and remembering our preferences. Amenities: The amenities are excellent. The pool is huge, so it never feels too crowded. This is great because the waves are sometimes too strong to swim in the ocean, but you can still enjoy the sights and sounds from the pool. There is a nice fitness center with a bench, smith machine, dumbbells, machines, and cardio equipment. There's also a playroom for kids, a small shop, and a spa. Whether you're looking to explore all of Phu Quoc or just relax within the resort, Dusit Princess is a great choice.

We stayed at Dusit Princess in Vietnam a few days ago and had a really great experience. The staff were super professional and welcoming, especially the concierge team — they were always ready to help with a smile and gave us great local tips. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We really appreciated how smoothly everything went from check-in to check-out. I had a truly memorable stay at this resort thanks to the staff’s attentive and thoughtful service. Special thanks to Manager MY for her exceptional care throughout our visit. When we first checked in, we encountered an issue with our room. After reporting it to a staff member, they promptly confirmed the problem and moved us to a different room. Unfortunately, the second room had a similar issue. We didn’t want to be a bother, so we just decided to stay quiet. To our surprise, we received a phone call shortly after — it was Manager MY personally reaching out to ask if the new room was okay. I explained that while the issue was less noticeable, it was still present. She came up right away to check the situation herself. After checking, she apologized sincerely and offered to move us again. Before doing so, she went ahead to inspect the new room personally to ensure everything was in order, and then helped us move again. She continued to express her apologies for the inconvenience and kindly upgraded our room as a goodwill gesture. The upgraded room turned out to be the best I’ve ever stayed in during all my visits to Vietnam — clean, comfortable, and in perfect condition. Throughout our stay, MY constantly showed kindness, attention, and genuine concern for our experience. Later, we even received a follow-up call from another staff member to make sure we were comfortable and everything was okay in the new room. It really left a strong impression on me — this resort doesn’t treat guest concerns lightly and goes out of their way to make things right. Their level of care truly goes above and beyond. I’ve been to Vietnam many times, but this was my first time experiencing such outstanding and heartfelt hospitality. Thank you once again for making our stay so special.
