Cleans politely They will give you 4 bottles of water everyday 😍 and you can request more. Woody smell scent shampoo, looks manly but it's fine They have blow dry Two balconies Smells good in the lobby No Netflix, Prime Only YouTube and some movies Nice swimming pool, I like it that it's not deep because I'm not a tall person lol. It has a man-made water falls. Forest style ambiance pool. Nice steaming room and sauna. 🧖🏻‍♀️♨️🌡️ Limited breakfast but it's fine. We loved the poached eggs. The Dusit Gourmet staff is very friendly and always smiling 😁⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We book the 2 bedroom suite for 12 nights. -Location was great - only 10’ walking from Central World shopping mall. - The team was wonderful. During our stay , Bangkok suffered from the historic earthquake and everyone in the team did their best to make sure you feel comfortable and safe. They accommodate our early check in and late check our request without question ask. - Room was old ( yes it is ) look like something from 1999 and not as “luxury” as shown in the photo but the service attitude compensate that. **** small update : it’s been 1 month and 1 week since we check out but our security deposit is still pending. This is a minus point. Still have to follow up with them for the refund. However , overall , it was a lovely stay.

The hotel wasn’t the same condition as in the photos when booking. It stinks the moment you walk in the door to the lobby, the lifts are old and smelly, and the rooms are a disaster. The air conditioner doesn’t work properly and makes a lot of noise, the room smells of damp and mold because there is actually damp and mold on the bottom of the walls. The bed is about 20 years old and has accommodated 1000 guests and needs to be replaced just like my back and neck after 1 night’s sleep. Save your money and health and book a more modern hotel
