The staff welcomed us with warm hearts and genuine smiles, especially the wonderful team at the reception and the breakfast restaurant. I was surprised by the variety of activities, as I didn’t expect to spend the whole day in the hotel. Hotels of this level usually offer similar facilities, but something about this place made me want to stay in and enjoy everything it had to offer. There’s a large swimming pool, sauna, steam room, fitness center, and the highlight: happy hour at the club. I highly recommend ordering the daiquiri at the clubhouse — it was absolutely refreshing! Even though there were many guests, everything was well-organized, allowing us to enjoy different activities without feeling crowded. Above all, while the hotel offers plenty to do, it’s the exceptional staff that truly made our stay memorable. Without the amazing service team, we wouldn’t even be thinking about coming back.

Great service, well mannered and trained staffs. Only the smell in the bath room from drainage might need to be rechecked for better. The renovation was great suited for 5 stars. Staffs were actually well trained and willing to service you to the end. Khun noi from reception was the one helping us and gave us for all information of facilities, im beyond happy as this is a family trip and also birthday celebration.
