Amazing hotel! Or should I say resort. The staff are always willing to help with a smile. We had a room on the ground floor with window to a beautiful garden. The atmosphere is like living in the middle of a natural forest with animals around which is so unique and beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the food is great . All facilities are clean and in good condition and my overall experience is…10!!!!!! Thank you so much.

We had an amazing vacation. From the moment we booked and corresponded with the hotel, they did everything they could to find rooms that suited us, both in terms of family size and price. When we arrived, we were greeted with a smile. The rooms were already well-organized with attention to every little detail. The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful, green on a perfect beach. The breakfast is amazing and delicious. Huge selection and everything is delicious. The hotel is great for getting around using golf carts. The staff helps with everything even if you don't ask. We ordered directly from the hotel We received money from the hotel for eating at the hotel restaurants or bar.

Extremely disappointing stay. The room was outdated and not properly cleaned — dust on surfaces, stains on the furniture, and even the bathroom felt unhygienic. Towels and bedding didn’t feel fresh, which immediately raised concerns about overall cleanliness. Service was no better. Staff were unresponsive and unhelpful, and simple requests took far too long or were ignored completely. There was no sense of care, attention, or professionalism that you’d expect from a resort. Even the shared areas reflected the same lack of standards — tables not properly wiped down, floors not maintained, and a general feeling that cleanliness is not a priority here. Overall, this place is overpriced and absolutely not worth the money. It relies on its name and location, but the hygiene and service are far below acceptable levels. I would not recommend staying here.
