Dusit Thani Kyoto

This hotel chain from Bangkok is very new located on site of a defunct school in Kyoto. The interior design is very tasteful. The service is impeccably blended with Japanese and Thai culture. The room is large, very clean, and elegant. Concierge is efficient. The breakfast is one of the best among many top hotels worldwide. My two nights stay was well pampered. Definitely will be here again on my next visit Kyoto.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was truly top-notch from start to finish. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was excellent, and every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and extremely helpful at all times. I especially want to highlight the breakfast experience — not only was the food delicious and varied, but the service was outstanding. A special thank you to [shoki], who went above and beyond every morning to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His attention to detail and warm attitude made our mornings even more enjoyable.

I don’t usually give 5-star ratings, but truth is we had an amazing time here. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotless, and breakfast is delicious (I would rarely say that about a buffet). Oh, and the concierge was a lifesaver when it came to making reservations. I would definitely look for their other locations when I go to south east Asia.
