My friends and I came here for a day pass experience and it was exceptional! The day pass included a lunch buffet, and that was so delicious. The pool was such a fun experience because we were not expecting a foam party at the pool! Would definitely highly recommend and is on my list to stay at next time I visit
If you're looking to enjoy a slow, luxurious stay, this hotel might be just right. It takes some time to get to the city center, so it’s best suited for those who want to relax and make the most of the hotel itself rather than head out frequently. All the staff here were warm and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. Apparently, this hotel is part of a group with locations around the world, so I’m really looking forward to staying at their other properties in the future! There was also a fun daily session by the pool—either dancing or some kind of exercise—which added to the enjoyable atmosphere.
We decided to stay here for one night to celebrate my birthday before heading back to Manila, but unfortunately, everything fell short of our expectations. Upon arrival and check-in, no one assisted us to our room, which was in a separate building from the reception area. The receptionist simply pointed in the direction we needed to go and didn’t bother to call anyone to assist us, even though we were carrying two backpacks and a large suitcase. I also had to ask her about the pool and breakfast buffet hours, which are usually communicated upon check-in. We’ve stayed in several 5-star hotels both here and abroad, but the hospitality of the staff here was lacking. Perhaps they only offer better service if you look wealthy or are a foreigner? I won’t mention the name of the receptionist, as I wouldn’t want her to lose her job. Secondly, I booked a promo that stated we could request a late checkout at 6 PM, subject to availability. However, when I called the front desk on the day of checkout, I was told I would have to pay an additional ₱3,000. What’s the point of including that benefit in the rate details if it’s not honored? Third, the breakfast buffet had very limited options. You could request eggs and bacon to be cooked, which we did—but even after 20 minutes, our order still hadn’t arrived. We ended up just eating what was available and then left. To be fair, they did provide a complimentary cake upon request, so thank you for that! The pool and table tennis area were the only highlights of our stay. Overall, I would not book here again. I believe my money would be better spent at other 5-star hotels.
