Dusit Thani Maldives Mudhdhoo Island Baa Atoll

Amazing experience. Great value for your money. Facilities, restaurants and food are great. The best resort for snorkeling in front of your room, you will find thousands of fish, turtles, mantas, even small nurse sharks… and more across the coral reef! The trips to see wildlife are incredible experiences, although they do somewhat depend on luck and availability, they have daily opportunities to join. Their greatest strength is their staff. They are very warm and welcoming, treating us like one of their own. We felt at home during our stay and we cannot wait to come back.

We returned from our 4th stay at Dusit Thani, this time for two weeks. We've been to the Maldives most years since 2000 and this is by far our favourite. The right balance of everything and wonderful snorkelling on the house reef, which is a real MUST for us! The new addition of the vegan restaurant, Sala, out over the ocean was very welcome and adds to the variety of varied dining possibilities. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, so it's impossibly to name them individually, much as we would love to. We cannot imagine going anywhere else now and look forward to returning next year. We highly recommend it!

It was our first experience in Maldives and it was probably the best one we could have chosen. We had a Pool Villa facing the front sea, with plenty of natural shadow. This was the reason we chose it. And our own front and back garden, with a pool and showers in the plain view. And our personal butler, Jalaal, was the best. The resort is exclusive, small and intimate, with a lot of vegetation and they pay attention to each detail. The 4 restaurants provide very good food, we could not give up to any meal. And the return trip by seaplane completes everything!
