I had an amazing stay at this hotel from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. A special shout-out to Jimmy at the reception—he truly made the experience unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, he welcomed me with a big smile and genuine kindness. He was super helpful with check-in, gave great recommendations for nearby places, and was always ready to assist with anything I needed. Thanks again to the whole team, and especially Jimmy, for such a great stay. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend this place to friends and family!

Had an unexpected stay here due to a flight cancellation, and I’m glad it turned out comfortable. The hotel provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner—all included, which was a pleasant surprise. There’s also water, coffee, and tea bags in the room. The room itself is spacious and well-equipped. The bathroom is large too, with a separate toilet and bath area, a bathtub, fresh towels, bathrobes, slippers, and a hair dryer. Everything felt clean and well-prepared. Overall, I had a good rest and felt well taken care of during my short stay.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. After a 10+ hour flight delay, followed by an outright cancellation, we were exhausted, stranded, and sent to this disaster of a hotel to rest. What followed was nothing short of an infuriating ordeal. We arrived completely worn out – my mother, visibly exhausted with swollen feet. She told the manager, very reasonably, that she’d been waiting for hours and was in pain. Instead of showing basic human decency or professionalism, the so-called “manager” – an absolute embarrassment to hospitality – lost his mind. He dropped his vape, screamed at us, and threw a tantrum like a petulant child. He flat-out refused to check us in and barked at his staff not to help us. After 10 minutes of standing in disbelief, we joined the queue again, thinking maybe cooler heads had prevailed. Nope. This overgrown toddler actually came back over to the desk mid-check-in and told the receptionist to STOP. As if this power trip was more important than basic customer care. We told him this was unacceptable and he lost it AGAIN. A pathetic excuse for a ‘manager’. This man is not fit to manage a broom closet, let alone a hotel. His behavior was disgusting, aggressive, and completely uncalled for. We were treated like garbage, despite being there through no fault of our own. If this is the face of the establishment, you’re better off sleeping on the street than spending a single minute here. Avoid this place like the plague. You’ve been warned. You are welcome.
