Would recommend and would stay again! Clean rooms great staff. A 12 min walk from closest metro but besides that a good choice.

Good location to airport but it is not a place see Madrid. Breakfast is fine. No real dinner options at hotel. Most people in our group complained about the rooms being too hot in the middle of December and not way to turn down the heat. Overall functional but not pleasant.

It was not possible to open the window in the room, so there was no fresh air ventilation. At the reception on the first day, we were told that all the rooms are such that the windows cannot be opened. Then we discovered the truth from other guests that the windows open in other rooms. When we came to the reception, they changed the story that they didn't have a handyman to fix the window because it was a holiday. But they did not offer us another room with a window that opens and has normal air ventilation !!! They didn't do anything about the problem during our stay at the hotel. So we spent all our days in a room with stale air !!! We kept the door open when we stayed in the room to let in as much fresh air as possible through the hall window. Think carefully if you don't want things like this to spoil your stay in Madrid.
