Small boutique hotel with very good pool. Very clean. Unfortunately I cannot give this hotel 4 stars. Beds in the room must be improved. We swapped room because of weak air conditioning. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast very modest for 4 stars hotel, no vegetables at all. No kettle or coffee maker in the room. Perfect location inside spruce forest. Asked for cocktail in a pool bar at opening, but refused for unclear reason. Looks like stuff overloaded because of same people do many jobs.
We had a short stay in this lovely hotel and found it to be a great choice. Clean room, attentive and friendly staff, and a very nice hotel overall. Photos do not do enough justice on the size of the Hotel. The swimming pool was very clean and very well used. Would definately recommend this Hotel!
In summary, the stars don't mean a lot when the rooms are this bare and uncomfortable. Note, in replies to other reviews they've stated they're addressing the problems. They havn't. We checked out early. First the positives: good facilities, even though we didn't end up using them. Quick support; when we arrived to the room and the sheets were dirty, they instantly got replaced. And the location is quite nice. The negatives: The room was very noisy. You could hear neighbors snoring. However, the worst was the noise from the hallway. The architect must have put in special work to design it in such a way to reflect ever single footstep into your eardrum as if it were next to you which is rather impressive. The room was very bare. No lounge chair. No kettle or coffee maker. No other amenities then a tiny fridge. The beds were rather small. I'm not tall by any means but my feet stuck out. If you're taller than 1.80m you'll have a bad time. The rooms are advertised with a view, but this is a gamble. About 50% of the rooms have no view. The view we had was of a wall of other rooms, all looking into our room.
