Absolutely stunning hotel and a pleasant surprise for the cheap price:) Everything from the location, food, and staff was exquisite and fell nothing short of a perfect relaxing getaway. I definitely recommend:)

Booked for 7 nights premium room Not overlooking the front The room is nice quiet it doesn’t have any views none do you are on either side of the building. The location is great in the middle close to the beach a short walk in front of the building under the railway line. Beach is lovely and quiet. Not suitable for disabled in motorbility vehicles. The hotel staff are polite but rush you through meals and entertainment it’s like you are on the clock. Meals are the same every day lots for meat and fish lovers very little in vegetable options and if you are vegetarian be prepared to only eat chips salad or boiled potatoes. I asked if the chef could make some pasta or pizza even noodles they did four days in only Bev a group of British people arrived. The staff broke something or dropped something every day in the dining hall. That’s because they are rushing everything. I have had to buy meals out to have as a takeaway each day. The rooms don’t have irons you need to leave a 10 euro deposit the board is all bent. The hairdryer stopped working. The place is nice overall if you’re not a picky eater it’s clean and tidy. The bars are good and they try to offer some entertainment. Shopping is good around they get cheaper the closer you get to Malgrat. It’s a good spot for a short break I couldn’t do two weeks here.

The rooms are spacious and all come with balconies with lovely views of the beach. Everything was clean on our arrival and the staff were friendly at reception. The breakfast and dinner options have such a variety, and the food is lovely! They have live stations and your typical buffet set up. However, I do not recommend ordering food from the pool bar. The bar tender was so ignorant and not listening to my order and kept singing over me, then got frustrated at me when I told him that he's given me the wrong order. As he went to replace it, he was patronising and still gave me the wrong dish. Silly prices for packaged and tinned food. Nothing is fresh. You're best off buying from local shops.
