The owners must have turned every stone here, to make it into what it is - an amazing, magical place. Nature is beautiful, buildings are great, the food tops it all.

We only had dinner at the restaurant, and it's a beautiful place with delicious food - but unfortunately, the service from the waitstaff was disappointing. It started when we arrived and the two waitresses, who were chatting, didn't notice us. After we stood for a moment enjoying the view, we received a rude comment about not announcing ourselves. One of the waitresses seemed uninterested in serving and gave off the impression that she didn't want to be there. At one point, we asked for apple juice for our daughter, but the waitress didn't really listen and brought orange juice instead. When we asked to exchange it, we were met with a frown and another unpleasant reaction. What surprised us most was that after being seated for dinner, we were told we couldn't order a simple scoop of ice cream for our daughter. When we gave some feedback about this, one of the waitresses rudely responded, "Next time come earlier." What could have been a perfect experience ended up being a bit unpleasant, because the place is just wonderful. This all happened on Sunday, the 22nd of June, between 6:30 and 7:45 PM.
