Lovely place with comfortable rooms. Room was stocked with tea and coffee and the devices to make it. The grounds are well kept and quite nice with plenty of seating. Breakfast and dinner very delicious. Even the animals in the morning give it an extra sense of character local color.

I recently visited Dwór Prezydencki Boutique Hotel & SPA in Tarnów for a family gathering and found the environment to be beautifully maintained and charming. The grounds are well-preserved, creating a serene and elegant setting that's perfect for a relaxing stay or special event. The dining experience did not quite meet our expectations. While the service staff was helpful and accommodating — especially when it came to adjusting the volume of the music in the dining room — the overall atmosphere was somewhat disrupted by the initially loud ambiance. Thankfully, the staff was attentive and helped create a more comfortable setting for conversation. Regarding the food, we felt that there is room for improvement. The dishes were presented on rather unusual platters that didn’t seem well-suited for the type of cuisine served. While some might find this unique, we found it a bit awkward and not fully aligned with the style of the establishment. The quality of the food, which is often a highlight of such venues, fell below what we expected. We hope that the restaurant will take this feedback into account, as it has the potential to be a standout feature of the hotel. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant experience with a lovely environment and average service. With some adjustments to the dining experience, it could truly shine as a top destination around Tarnów.
