In 4 months I visited more than fifteen hotels in Vietnam. And therefore I have something to compare with. In fact, everything is old. In the hotel questionnaire it was stated "newly renovated" and the like. In fact, everything that can be old in the room is old. There is no individual air conditioning, the area of the room is small. I suspect that they gave me the wrong room at all, since I ordered a superior double room. I don’t know how it is improved, it doesn’t even have windows (this is not stated anywhere). The whole hotel has a strong smell of mold and moisture. My washed clothes smelled of this smell. When you wash, the water does not flow into the drain, but floats towards the room and the toilet. You have to stand to shave or pee in a puddle. The second point is breakfast. Yes, for a European tourist - it’s okay, it’s cheap and also with breakfast. But I will compare this price category in Vietnam. The photos of the Swedish breakfast do not correspond to reality, but It was after looking at them that I chose this hotel (it's good that it was for one night). I rarely write anything negative, but here... I was offended that I ended up here, in the worst (for this money) hotel. But on the sites, the hotel disguises itself well as a modern and comfortable one. This is all wrong. Respect to the reception service - everything is positive, correct, there are no questions for them, only positive feedback.

Terrible Experience – They Ignore Complaints and Don’t Care This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was shockingly small, outdated, and had a foul, musty odor that made it hard to relax. It felt dirty and neglected, far from what was advertised. The staff were completely unprofessional—uninterested in helping guests, just sitting around chatting among themselves. There was zero hospitality or effort to make guests feel welcome. What’s even more frustrating is that this hotel has many negative reviews saying the same things, yet nothing has changed. It’s clear they don’t care about guest feedback or improving their service. If I had seen those reviews earlier, I would have never stayed here. Unfortunately, this place was booked by a travel agent—otherwise, I would’ve avoided it completely. I strongly advise others to stay away. This hotel is a waste of money and a guaranteed disappointment. I will never return.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. This hotel was a complete disappointment from start to finish. The bed was so hard it felt like sleeping on a slab of stone — getting any rest was nearly impossible. The blankets were visibly dirty and the room had a persistent, unpleasant smell that made staying inside uncomfortable. Shockingly, the room didn’t even have a window. When I asked about the possibility of switching to a room with a window, I was told I’d have to pay for an upgrade, as if fresh air and daylight were luxury features. Noise isolation is non-existent. You can hear everything — conversations from neighboring rooms, footsteps in the hallway, even the smallest noises, making sleep completely out of the question. When I asked if I could use the empty conference room on the top floor to work in peace and privacy, I was refused and told to use the rooftop terrace — despite it being 35°C and there being no fans or shade. I ended up having to work in my room, where the bad smell and overall discomfort made it nearly unbearable. This hotel has absolutely no consideration for guest comfort or basic hospitality. I would strongly advise avoiding it at all costs.
