An excellent hotel away from the beach front but only 10 minutes by bus from hotel front. Excellent room with large bathroom and walk in shower, large and comfortable bed. Staff excellent, friendly and helpful. Food excellent. Highly recommend this hotel as value for money.

Arrived late at night without a booking. Staff greeted me well and helped me because of my disability to my room. I stayed for a week and the breakfast buffet is great and the food at the sports bar as well. The staff met my every needs, courteous and kind with empathy and care.

5/7 Once again , I maintain my affirmations about how it happened. If you go there you've now the official answer from the hotel about how it must be and if it's not you have the motto😄 20/6 I just read the answer of the hotel... wrong on the hole line! Point 1) the garage open with a card but only one in a group receive the access on his badge. So when he 's in his room and you need to enter the garage with the car you ring the bell...and nobody answer. If the responsible of the post doesn't know maybe he's not the good person to answer. Point 2) the whole terrasse and the bar were closed, we asked a solution at the desk... No solution! And no manager reachable, He's on holiday until Monday and won't answer. I've asked who had to be reached in case of emergency like fire...no answer Point 3) the guy who made the reservation has check his messages when your desk officer told him he received something before coming but he had nothing in the mails and your colleague had no trace of an email! So once again the answer is not better than the problem. Trying to hide your mistakes with wrong answer doesn't make you better. Back at the hotel at 5:30 p.m., the garage door remains closed. The help call system does not respond. 5 phone calls made to the hotel reception without response... no seriousness. We go to the roof of the hotel to enjoy the swimming pool but it is private... impossible to access it. We decide to fall back on the bar which is also closed! Logical passage by the reception where the receptionist informs us that no manager will be available before Monday, that this is how it is and that no other solution will be offered. She takes the opportunity to inform us that the rooftop will also be privatized tomorrow!!! No information on this subject was communicated to you in advance. This hotel shows no respect for its customers. Worst, the next day the pool is also reserved from 12h to 17h but after that it's a child king birthday with no rule...each parent on a table , children's shouting every where and no hotel personal to manage the circus!!!There are other much more commercial establishments in Torrevieja and the region, avoid this one and book elsewhere
