It is an apartment hotel in the city center, perfect location and easily accessible. There is no parking available in the close proximity to the hotel but there are parking spots available in the underground garage nearby at reasonable prices. The hotel has no reception desk and checkout as well as check-in are done contact less. The apartment I stayed at was very clean and tastefully furnished, there was a kitchenette with dishes, coffee maker, tea kettle, wine glasses, plates, there was coffee and tea and creamer available. The place was warm and cosy, the bed comfortable and it was quiet since the window overlooked a courtyard. I had a problem with the absence of a reception because I wanted to store my luggage on the last day before my departure. Fortunately the staff was very helpful when I called them and resolved it so I had no problem with leaving my bags at a secure place. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and ideal for people who value their privacy.

Excellent location in Brno and the rooms were spacious but not very clean, the bathroom was in poor condition specially the shower area where the door did not even close entirely. It was also noisy not only because of the nearby church bells but specially a whole family of pigeons . They should also do something about the entrance... unwelcoming and dirty.

Completely Unacceptable – Unsafe and Unwelcoming for Senior Travelers This hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. It is absolutely not suitable for seniors, for anyone who values cleanliness, or for guests expecting even the most basic level of service. My elderly mother arrived at 4 PM (well within standard check-in hours) and there was no one at the front desk. She was completely left to fend for herself. Eventually, a member of the cleaning staff told her she had to climb to her room on the 7th floor – with no elevator. No help, no support, no effort made to assist her. The entrance was dirty and neglected, setting the tone for a stay that only went downhill from there. Even when staff were present, they were clueless, unprofessional, and indifferent. We felt abandoned and unwelcome. This hotel fails every standard of hospitality — no accessibility, no cleanliness, no service. Avoid at all costs, especially if you are traveling with elderly guests or expect even minimal care.
