Great location for the outlet mall and theme park. We felt the price for breakfast was too much/not worth it. If I stayed here again I would definitely buy things from 7/11 the night before/bring other food like we did for our second night. The kids club was fun for our daughter and the gym was great, but doesn’t open until 9am which was a bit disappointing for those of us that like to workout before breakfast. The hotel has many shops/restaurants inside. Having a shop a shop that sells snacks/daily living items/diapers/etc could be nice.
Nice hotel and rooms. Was a little disappointed about the pool. Thought it might be a little bit bigger with more slides for kids. Breakfast was overall.. not very excited about what they served. But had a good stay. Be aware that it is a bit far away from the city center.
Beautiful hotel, great value however the gym not opening until 9:00am for no apparent reason? I asked and the answer was “sorry”. How is a hotel this nice with so many amenities not have a gym that is open all the time for clients? If you are someone with a morning fitness routine you will find this hotel challenging.
