Very simple all digital check in and out. Rooms very nice all you need. Very clean. A fantastic breakfast buffet at the stunning terrace with view to mountains. Short walk to lake for lake walk to Locarno. Short walk to bus station to bring you everywhere.
We got a very large room (4xPerson) With a beautiful balcony and a view of the lake. Easy check-in process at the machine in the main hall. It is a bit difficult to find the main entrance, which is completely at the back. And the hotel looks like it is closed from the front because it is not illuminated. Price to quality ratio very good.
We recently booked a room in his hotel and were surprised to discover that there is no spa available on-site, despite it being clearly mentioned in the listing at the time of our reservation. This amenity was one of the key reasons we chose your establishment. Unfortunately, we were told that cancellation is not possible, which puts us in a difficult situation. We kindly ask for a solution or compensation that reflects the absence of this promised facility. We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.
