It is a two-story building used as rental rooms. Not far from the main road, easy to travel anywhere. The outside looks old and a bit dark, with some dust, but the rooms are very clean, unlike expected. It's a spring bed, not very soft. But the large size can sleep 4 people comfortably. The bathroom is clean. There is a water heater. There is soap and shampoo provided. There are 2 large towels, 2 small ones, 1 small pack of tissues, good smell, clean blankets, 2 pillows provided, the air conditioner is cool, the room door has a latch and a lock knob. Use the card to turn on the light. There is a small refrigerator and small screen TV provided. There is free wifi to use. Works well soon All for less than 500 during the holidays. Considered not expensive, good value. Next to the accommodation there are many restaurants. There is a 7-Eleven not far away. But it's on the opposite side of a 4-lane road. You should buy food supplies so you don't have to drive far. The only downside is that there are walls made of wood to block the rooms. So it doesn't keep sound very well. If it's raining or the room next door is doing something loud, you'll hear it. And parking in front requires double parking in front of the accommodation, which has about 3 booths. If it's parked inside and it's a big car, it's a bit difficult to get in and out. If you leave in the morning, there will be no staff at the counter to help inform you about moving the car. Whoever parks should leave space for other cars to get in and out. And if you park further than that, it will block the front of the restaurant. Otherwise, you have to park in the grass next to the pavilion next to the accommodation. But overall, if it's just for sleeping and not focusing on the view, it's considered a worthwhile place to stay.

What this pace has offered is a little over my expectation. When I first saw the photo in Agoda, I already had my expectation low since I just want a place to sleep because of an unplanned over night stay due to no return bus to Bangkok after 4pm. It turns out that the place is nice and clean with hot water, TV, aircon and a fridge. All the good necessity a good room should have. And with a very cheap price tag you can't ask for more from this place. Oh! I need to mention that the place does not have an English signboard saying E2S Place as its listed name. But the location in the map is correct you just need to ask the neighboring people there to point you to the right house. It situates on the Marin road and it's easy to find. Just follow the map. There is a catch here, the place is pretty far off the food and night life area, maybe 10-15km. You should have that in mind. one more thing you can rent a room there on a monthly basis. The fee is pretty cheap. I saw they put as 2700-3000B/month.
