A very nice hotel! Rooms are clean, freshly renovated. Personnel is polite and helpful. The location is top notch. Breakfasts are delicious with lots of choice. Highly recommend!
A great stay near the heart of old town. We had three rooms booked and all of it had some minor issues which were all sorted out quickly. The breakfast was awesome, many choices and quite tasty if you get in early.
Overall nice hotel and I would stay here again. The reception staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our party of four had two rooms, in one of them there was an issue with the air conditioning but the hotel staff happily changed it for a different room. Unfortunately, the air con in this second room didn't seem to work perfectly but it was an improvement. In the room I stayed in, there were no issues with air con and everything else was as expected. The breakfast was okay. There were some vegetarian options. The options weren't exactly the same every day but I always enjoyed it. Unfortunately the staff at breakfast were not friendly, especially compared to the reception staff, who were lovely. The location of the hotel was good, about a 10-15 minute walk into the old town. It was a quiet area with a few bars and restaurants nearby. We didn't use the hotel bar or the spa facilities during our stay so can't comment on that.
