Ea Hotel Kraskov

Great hotel, in a beautiful place near the lake. The hotel has many facilities and things to do indoor as well. We had 2 rooms, one for us and one for the kids, which are in a very high standard and even though we had a technical problem with hot water in the kids' room. We got a generous compensation from the hotel for that. We highly recommend this hotel.

A nice place to stay by the lake or biking. Hotel itself clean and well maintained. The point is they state that restaurant is open till 22. Arriving at 21 I was informed cooks left 10min ago. Its ok but no other place around to eat after a longe trip to get here. Sad

Amenities: 5 stars. Staff: 2 stars. Nicely remodeled, new and clean, great amenities (pool, sauna, bowling), but whenever we had problems (e.g. the hotel ran out of clean towels and keys to the pool lockers), the staff were smiling and friendly but absolutely passive to fix the situation. Nobody was cleaning the pool (wet towels everywhere) or bowling areas (empty bottles and glasses everywhere), so we had to deal with the messes we encountered. If they were short-staffed, they could at least tell us that and we would understand the problem, but they conveyed no reasons for anything being the way it was or plans to make things better.
