My girlfriend and I stayed here for 6 nights and had a great experience overall. The check-in process was smooth with no wait time, and the receptionist was clear, friendly, and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. A perfect place to relax after a long day. The bathroom was modern and pleasant to use. The only downside was the shower drainage: after heavy rain, it struggled to keep up, likely due to the general drainage system. So that’s something to be mindful of. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay, and we didn’t experience any noise disturbances from outside, which we appreciated. The breakfast was tasty and varied slightly each day, which kept things interesting. All in all, a very good stay. We’d happily return!

This should not be listed as or claim to be a 4-star hotel. The location is very convenient, which is true. However, among other problems at the hotel, the AC didn't work, they do not provide toiletries beyond a hand soap dispenser at the sink and in the shower, and my room had a mildew spot on the carpet with bugs crawling around it. Fine if you are okay with a somewhat rundown hotel but don't expect that you are actually getting what they claim.

The location is great with everything within easy reach. Breakfast was also great, with a good variety of options, and the staff were helpful when approached, though not particularly friendly or welcoming. Check-in was the biggest letdown. While the lady at the reception was polite, it was frustrating to wait such a long time—especially at 9:30 PM with a child—while she trained a new staff member on how to use the booking system, process payments, etc. We had to eventually speak up and let her know we had been waiting too long and needed to settle in. The room itself was okay, but cleanliness was an issue. The bathroom, in particular, was not up to standard—we found hairs in several places, which was disappointing. Also worth noting: if your room faces the street, expect a noisy night. Teenagers were shouting and making noise well past midnight, making sleep difficult. Lastly, it would be nice if the hotel provided at least a bottle or two of water in the fridge—just some basic touches that make a stay more comfortable.
