Nice hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms with AC and one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had
Rooms are comfortable. Staff are friendly and speak good English. Breakfast is great, with plenty of selections and the kitchen staff are helpful. But the fridge in the room is not working and they dont have an ice machine. They don't even have ice in the dining room.
We spent 2 nights in this hotel as our original EA Downtown didn't have water due to work being carried out by the city. Location, breakfast and staff were good but the rooms not so much. The carpet was pretty dirty and even moving to another room didn't help. Another thing to be aware of is the hotel doesn't have night time reception. The fire alarm went off and after 15 minutes no one came. My husband had to call the number on reception and Mark showed up to help us.
