Eagle Aruba Resort

We stayed for 5 days and could not have been happier. The rooms were lovely, although our couch had seen better days. Easy to get to everything, the service everywhere was great, people were so kind. And you can't beat the accessibility to one of the world's best beaches!

This place punches above its weight. Great location at eagle beach. Nice pools and pool bar with live music. Rooms are older but spacious and super clean. Free beach chairs. Our room was quiet even though we were next to the main road.

We had previously stayed here a few times because it was the best deal for a family. Customer service has degraded over the last year. We were informed less than 24 hours before our departure that our requested adjoining rooms would not be available. We have a family of 5 and require the larger space according to their codes. We booked the trip in March, contacted them at the time of the booking, but were informed the afternoon before our July vacation they would not have the rooms ready for us. Check in is at 4 pm but one room was not ready until almost 6 pm. Then, the hotel decided to schedule AC maintenance that started at 10 in the morning and was not completed that day. No AC in the rooms in Aruba. There is a reason this place has the lowest prices and customers will get what they paid for! This will likely be our last time staying with them. Too many issues…many not listed here.
