Small room and shared bathroom, but doable. A small easy chair in room would be better than bar chair. clean and tidy and close to Tube as well as plenty of places to eat/drink. Would go here again no problem.

I have NEVER had an experience like this. Immediately upon arrival I felt that this was a bad place. The hotel was so smelly, dirty and worn out. But when we woke up in the morning the worst part came. They are spraying the hotel and all the rooms EVERY MORNING with toxic chemicals because of bed bugs. We had an immediate headache and had to run out of the hotel as we couldn’t breath. They would NOT let us cancel our stay. The manager is complete dismissive. This is such a scam and I’m absolutely horrified that they’re gambling with people’s health. We contacted the police and the Kensington Council and they now have a pending case. STAY AWAY. this need to be shut down!

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. I don't want to give any star to this hotel. When we reached inside hotel, it smelled very bad and room was very small. Even the images posted on the booking site are not matching with actual room and it's size. Blankets were very dirty, have BLOOD STAINS. Broken lights, shower is not properly installed, WiFi is not working properly. When we returned in night after travel in night, paste control odours making your sleep worst. You can listen the noise from your neighbour's room. Worst hotel ever. Location is very good. Underground Station is few steps away. Location doesn't matter if would not able to take a good snap.
