Earl’s Reef Hotel has a nice beachfront location with lovely views, especially at sunset. The rooms are decent and fairly clean, though a bit dated in style. The pool area is relaxing, but sometimes gets a little crowded. Breakfast had a good variety, but the taste and freshness could be improved. Staff were polite, though service was sometimes slow during busy hours. Overall, it’s a decent place for a short beach stay, but could be better with some updates and more attentive service.

When we checked in, the warm hospitality was missing. Rooms were OK, clean and air conditioning was working fine. The pool was small and crowded. Limited sandy beach. The waves come to the fence of the hotel. Food : All 3 meals were average. Nothing fancy. The taste was also average. Poor service from the waiters. Not professional at all compared to other star class hotels. Poor deserts. No variety. Jelly in different styles and ice cream. Overall this should not be a 4-Star hotel. It is just a normal hotel. Not worth to spend too much money for a stay.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was far below expectations. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The check-in process was painfully slow, with uninterested front desk staff who barely acknowledged me. The room itself was outdated, dimly lit, and not properly cleaned. There were visible stains on the carpet, dust on the furniture, and a musty smell that never went away. The bathroom was even worse — mold in the grout, poor water pressure, and thin, scratchy towels that felt like sandpaper. I was also shocked by the noise levels at night. Between paper-thin walls and loud guests in the hallway, getting a good night’s sleep was nearly impossible. I called the front desk about the noise, but nothing was done. Breakfast was included, but honestly, you'd be better off skipping it. Lukewarm coffee, stale pastries, and watery scrambled eggs do not make for a pleasant start to the day. Overall, I expected much better for the price I paid. I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
