This place was indeed much better than expected, not directly related to the rooms that by the way are very good for the price, or the location that in my opinion is really really good, but for the staff. They made us feel welcome and they were very profesional and polite, with great recommendations about shopping and specially places to eat, both lunch and dinner. Important to mention that we had a little accident and they were very kind getting us all the things we needed and helping us all the time. I would totally go back just for the staff. An important thing to mention is that they have a portable wife and that there is a subway station and tram line less that 10 minute walking from the door. The area is vibrant at night and the food options are countless.

Nice interior with great view Had a very good experience when we checked in. The staff were cheerful and attentive. We had a great view and love the complimentary mobile phone and mobile wifi. Lots of scratches in the lift and room. That just a minor issue. To get to the subway, we have to pass though a local market which was wet and smelly in hot summer. Other than that, it was a nice and pleasant place.
