Generally fine, clean and comfortable. A/C in the room not very effective. Wifi poor. Breakfast is good.
Staff in the reception desk are not co-operative. They can hardly speak english and are not willing to help. Only one of the staff who works outside is really helpful and knows enough English. Worst thing is no metro station closeby. We had to take buses to go to metro station. Although there is a small shopping center with few shops and a McDonald's which helps. But no other good restaurants nearby. The room's AC didnt work at all. We had put it close to 10 degree celcius bt still it was oozing out fan like air. I was so upset with the whole hotel experience.
I had reservation. But when arrived to the hotel it appeared that there is no place for me. They reserved for me room in other hotel, 10km away in the middle of the forest.
