I came here today with my family and i originally booked for 6 of us but had to move it to 8 last minute and the staff were so accommodating. From the location to the food to the atmosphere to the staff it was all immaculate and we were all made to feel so comfortable and relaxed. It was so special as i don’t get to see my grandparents often and everything was spot on.. i will most definitely be coming back!! Thank you to everyone!! The hard work of this place does not go unnoticed ❤️
Recently visited for a meal with friends. We didn't stay over on this occasion, but have already planned our next 3 night stay. The food was delicious as always, one friend opted for the pie of the day, declaring it to be " the best pie she had ever eaten" - this echoed the sentiments of my husband on our previous visit. We were able to sit outside in the lovely gardens with our after dinner drinks - a delight not to be missed. The staff were friendly, courteous and professional, dealing with our specific requirements without any fuss and without drawing any attention to our needs. Thank you Oakhill.
For my special birthday party I booked rooms and meals for my guests and have to say what a fantastic time we all had . The hotel is extremely well run , historic , beautifully decorated throughout and set in such lovely grounds . The staff were friendly and attentive and the meals were some of the finest we have had in some time ( the chicken fricassee is to die for!). Thank you Oakhill from all of us for making my birthday celebrations so memorable.
