Had an amazing time at the pool—everything was top-notch from start to finish. The service was fantastic, especially thanks to Bryan, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The live music set the perfect vibe, making it feel like a mini resort getaway. Food and drinks were excellent—fresh, flavorful, and delivered quickly. Can’t wait to come back again!
Elite & elevated hotel! Gorgeous rooms with great views and attentive staff. I was greeted every time I was in the lobby by a staff member. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I stayed on the 35th floor and had a walk around balcony, which was great. There is a lot of construction around the hotel so it was a little noisy but everything else was great. Being close to the mall was also a huge bonus!
While there were some positives during our stay, such as the kind and helpful front desk staff and excellent service from the pool staff, the overall experience fell short of what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The pool area, though smaller than anticipated, was well-maintained and enjoyable. Our corner room was very spacious with an impressive balcony, but unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. There was noticeable dust throughout the room, and the furniture looked worn and tired. Room service was consistently unreliable. We requested ice multiple times, both by phone and in person, and it never arrived. Eventually, we had to go down to the front desk ourselves just to get some ice. The most frustrating part of our stay was the luggage service. Upon arrival, staff insisted they would handle our bags, yet despite multiple calls and more than two hours of waiting, our luggage never arrived. We had to retrieve it ourselves to avoid missing a dinner reservation due to lack of time to change. Given the price point and the hotel’s 5-star alleged rating, the service quality was extremely lacking. There is clear room for improvement, especially in basic hospitality operations and responsiveness.
