Quite spacious room for Paris; privilege room upgrade was a very nice touch with complimentary soft drinks. Location is solid and well connected. Very minor gripe - considering it's a four-star hotel, some check-in desk staff however did not seem particularly attentive or engaged. I would recommend installing a card reader to allow guests to allow themselves in instead of needing to ring a staff member. But overall, a good hotel and I will consider coming back.

Pair of rooms booked for one night, after arriving late in the evening on the Eurostar. A nice evening so the walk to the hotel was fine. Nice rooms, only thing we would have liked would be if the rooms had been closer together.

The location is perfect for stations. Nothing wrong with the hotel, not enough to complain, but 4* is generous. Bed was quite comfy but the facilities a bit lacking and not sure it is worth €150 per night. You pay 4* for what feels like a 2*/3* hotel. Didn't have breakfast. Plenty of decent bakeries nearby. The room smelt like an old tabac, for that authentic French welcome. Wouldn't rush to stay here again due to the price but good location. 3.5/5 overall.
