The rooms are very small. Foully smell from curtains. Bed were not proper. Too loudy due to train track and road at the back. Bathrooms are not clean and also not proper arrangements of bathing. Overall very poor experience. Don’t go on the hotel pics online
Very disappointed of this kind of hotel where the staffs treat the customers based on their nationality and maybe ethnicity. One week ago, we've been for one night and the staffs until the managers stare at me very bad as American (Pharang) and didn't speak to us politely while the other nationalities like the Chinese or Vietnamese were treated much better even if some of them were very rude. I got a problem with my aircond and I needed to change room at 2 am. I told the manager about that and I asked her if I can change the room as there were so many available, she answered me very badly and asked me to wait for a Technician to repair in one hour. But the fixing was done in 7 hours! What's the sense of logic with this manager who welcomed us very badly. The breakfast staffs were, almost, all unskilled and prefered to oversee me and take some pics of me while I was having the breakfast. I told the front manager about that but he did nothing. Some of the staffs were playing with their phone. Anyway, this hotel is old, the staffs aren't working at all and the management is just so awful by giving bad treatment to some nationalities like pharang compared to other nationalities. We call this kind of practice as racism. Shame on you! Please learn how to treat customers equally!
Honestly I came here from viet travel and the experience was terrible. The hotel is old and quite broken. The bathroom inside the rooms were old, dirty, and broken. The water was dirty and the tub had permanent pieces of dirt sticking inside of it. The beds itself was as hard as a piece of wood. Not sure if it’s a mattress or just straight up wood/metal. Quite dirty and unreliable. Would definitely not come again. This hotel is a 2 star or 3 star at best. Definitely undeserving of its 4 star reputation.
