The space is beautiful, the location is breathtaking by the ocean. The room is tasteful and comfortable. The water area is a lot of fun but be prepared for the briny water. The indoor play area is pretty fun for kids with a good amount of different activities. The dinner service is terrible for what you pay for on a busy weekend. There are way too many people at the buffet with waits up to 20 minutes to get a single plate of food. Food and beverages run out rapidly. Certain cuisine choices are questionable - have had better naan and curry at food courts. With this many rooms at this hotel why is there only one dinner area?
First impressions were disappointing. The rooms are spacious but impractical—poorly designed, almost like a student project, lacking basic necessities such as hooks or hangers. Almost nowhere to put clothes (wardrobes or shelves are tiny). Even getting a hairdryer requires a trip to the front desk, which feels like an unnecessary hassle for such an essential item. However, the experience improved as the stay went on. The facilities are excellent, offering a range of entertainment options, making it particularly enjoyable for families with kids. The dinner was a standout, delivering an amazing culinary experience. Given the high price point ($400 per night), the shortcomings in room functionality are hard to overlook. While the amenities and dining are commendable, the overall experience doesn't fully justify the cost. I’d rate it **3 out of 5**
A funny thing happen to me on my stay, they ran out of water at the dispenser in the playroom, spoke to the staff, she said “ can you inform the reception as I cannot leave my post “ and I can tell she has a telephone. Beside the reception staff being helpful and courteous, the staff at the playroom and the rooftop hot spring leave a lot to be desired and the rooftop hot spring probably added as an afterthought, the area around is rusting away, waterlogged, told my kids to stick to where I can see you don’t wanna have to go get a tetanus shot if he steps on something sharped and rusting away. But the beach was beautiful but that nature.
