Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn Bangkok

We loved this hotel so so much. We got a room with executive lounge access, and it was so worth it. The breakfast was amazing - I mentioned I was gluten free (it didn't need to be said because there were so many options available) but they remembered and every time we came for breakfast or happy hour they gave me SO much food (bread, cakes, for breakfast they made me pancakes which were epic) and all of the staff were so kind. The cocktails were lovely in the evenings, and the infinity pool was beautiful. Cannot rate this place enough!

Wonderful experience! A special thank you to the concierge Gabbi, as well as Aogi and Kim, for their impeccable manners, kindness, and constant availability. They were always ready to help with a smile and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The entire staff was equally amazing — professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and offers excellent services that made our stay both relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended — we will definitely be back!

I am not one to rate hotels but this hotel was STUNNING and I plan on coming back. The first time I walked in I thought it was so nice and smelt AMAZING. The staff were very welcoming with smiles and respect. There is one staff member I’ll never forget, Gabbi. He was very nice and honestly a chill guy. They open the door for you and my stay in this hotel while I stayed in Thailand was just top tier. Don’t get me started on their pool, the view when you’re at the edge of the pool is just beautiful. It’s also safe in case someone were to fall. The only problem I had was there was no conditioner but other than that this hotel is perfect.
