Eastin Hotel Makkasan Bangkok

This hotel deserve to be 5 stars instead of 4. The interior looks classy. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the bathroom too. The staffs were attentive and helpful. I want to give praise to the kitchen staffs, they're very hardworking and quick at refilling the breakfast buffet when food ran out fast due to high number of guests.

A wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were all friendly and most accommodating to us tourists. The food selection was excellent with the waiters going out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

Regrettably, my recent stay at this hotel was less than satisfactory. The staff displayed rudeness and arrogance, creating a negative atmosphere. The location, though close to an Indian restaurant, was marred by unpleasant odors. The rooms were notably small, and even for a 2+1 family, only two 500ml bottles were provided. Room service lacked basic utensils, and the ground floor lobby lacked both air conditioning and attentive staff. The two lifts took a considerable 5-6 minutes to reach the rooms. In summary, I strongly advise fellow travelers to consider alternative accommodations.
