All departments in the hotel, such as the reception, housekeeping, and lounge staff, are very supportive and helpful in assisting you throughout your stay. They make sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, I had a great experience staying here for 13 days.

Super noisy at night if you are facing the site with a pub/club. The music and loud base will make you unable to sleep well. If hotel workers tell you not much room left to choose, better avoid renting this hotel. You may have problems sleeping at night. Location not so convenient as not reachable by walking distance to mini market like 7-11. All nearby food sellers are expensive although portions are over large.

Rooms are big but it’s very musty and humid. My room smelled. After traveling since 4am, I dropped my bags, I went to grab a bite to eat, and came back to a flooded bathroom. I hadn’t even set foot in the bathroom! I am so grossed out. It’s now 930pm and I haven’t been able to shower and go to sleep even though I have a 6am start tomorrow. They won’t put me in a different room. This is the worst situation for vacation.
