We stayed here on a really good Groupon deal in July 2025 for the weekend. It included a superior double room, £29 each at the restaurant for the first night, breakfast both mornings (which was lovely) and a tea/coffee and scone each on the Saturday in the restaurant. We had the evening meal delivered to our room because of the dog and paid the £5 tray charge which was worth it as the place is huge. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was lovely. We stayed with our dog and it truly is a dog friendly hotel. Once we checked in 10 minutes later someone knocked on our door with a doggy welcome pack, a huge jar of lovely treats, a blamket and 2 bowls in a stand which was a great touch. The grounds are huge and a great place for Breeze to exercise it’s very safe and secure with dog bins around. I didn’t see the spa as thought it may be busy but wish I did now as if it’s anything like the grounds and restaurant I bet it’s lovely. The best part of stay, as mentioned by everyone else are the staff. From the reception, cleaners and restaurant everyone was so friendly and helpful and felt like they would genuinely do all they could to help if needed. My only slight grievance is that the wireless signal wasn’t great, it worked most of the time but occasionally dropped out due to the range but that might have been our room. That aside we are very pleased we found this place, we are adopting another rescue dog this week and was a last treat before his arrival but once he is settled we will come back with the 2 of them. Thank you for making our last weekend before the chaos begins on Tuesday when he arrives!

We had a very short stay at the hotel, but overall it was a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially as I had a few arrangements to make and questions to ask both before and after booking, they responded promptly and with great care. The room was clean, comfortable, and pleasant, and we also enjoyed the swimming pool, which was well maintained. We appreciated that the hotel had specific time slots for children to use the pool, as it worked perfectly for us. Unfortunately, during our stay, there was a group of guests who showed very poor manners and repeatedly broke the hotel rules. They had a child, who seemed no older than 9, using the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi, which didn’t feel appropriate or safe. They were also extremely disruptive in the game room, making loud and inappropriate noises. At one point, an elderly man even pulled his pants down, which was shocking and quite disturbing. Sadly, it didn’t seem like the hotel staff noticed or intervened in any way. I would still recommend the hotel, especially for its cleanliness and kind staff, but I do hope they become more vigilant in the future when dealing with disruptive guests to ensure everyone can enjoy their stay comfortably.

I was at Eastwood Hall for a work conference over two nights. I really enjoyed my stay. The wider facilities, such as the gym, swimming pool and games bar, are of an excellent standard. The hotel is clean, well-maintained and the hospitality staff are proactive in anticipating the needs of their guests. The rooms seem to be of two types. The ones on the second floor (where I was) have a very dated look to them. The rooms on the lower floor, by comparison, have a more contemporary feel. Hence, the reason I've rated the rooms 3 stars. I've included photos of each type of room for a side-by-side comparison. This is not a huge deal, as the rooms were still comfortable and we didn't spend much time in them anyway. However, it remains an area for improvement. That being said, I'd definitely revisit.
