From service to rooms and restaurant - this is the best hotel in town! We were so pleasantly surprised by the food in the restaurant - super tasty, fresh and authentic. Room are modern and clean with comfortable beds! The staff at the restaurant incredibly gentle and accommodating. Literally the best hotel all around on our road trip from Rio to Bahia. 10/10!
Overall very good. Breakfast could improve. Garage can be dangerous and tough to park if your car is big. Rooms are small but clean and cozy.
It might be one of the best in this area, but terrible compared to other 3 star hotels worldwide. Service desk is terrible. They need identification for all people staying in room. Even children! Children do not have ID where we from. The room key is also what keeps the electricity on in the room. So, when I leave, the a/c gets turned off and it’s very very hot by the time we return. The A/C is not big enough for the room and takes forever to cool down. The parking is very complicated. There’s nothing “Easy” about this hotel.
