Great place

+ good location + minimarket in 1min walking, somewhat bigger grocery store in 3min walking. + nice style + shared kitchen and common area with a couch + terasse + roof top and nice view from there + air conditioning + storks to watch + thick blanket for the winter + i prefer a low price over having reception staff 👍 • 2 night minimum stay • the rooms are quite small (12m²), but that was communicated beforehand. - there is no mosquito net inside the window frame - in the morning light comes through one window which cannot be darkened - loud bathroom fan - when taking the toilet brush, water from inside the container spreads on the floor. - the small containers of shower gel are difficult to open and use - it takes some time to get hot water - the tax must be placed in cash in the room so you may need to change money somewhere to place it there in the right amount

The building had one room per floor, and a shared kitchen and toilet downstairs. My sister and I stayed there for one week. Turns out nobody else was staying there (just 2 Spanish girls that were there for only 1 night) so we literally had the whole building for ourselves, which was amazing. We were super quiet and chill. The room (#1) was tiny but full of light, really. Very well decorated as well. The kitchen not so much, it was pretty dark actually, so when it rains it gets a bit depressing. It only has one building. The area is not very nice, meaning the surroundings. I didn’t feel super safe so I didn’t go out at night honestly. But I have to say the highlight of the place is the terrace on the last floor. Beautiful, really. It has Wi-Fi so I would just go and work from there every day. Luis, the host, is super friendly and helpful! As well as the nice lady that does the cleaning!! Absolutely adored her.
