This hotel is stunning. From the moment we walked in to the time we left the staff was kind, accommodating, and very courteous. We spent some time in the bar area and Freddy was our bartender. He said he didn’t speak English well but he did amazing communicating with us as 2 out of the 3 didn’t speak Spanish well. The drinks we were served were absolutely delish and Freddy did not let our drinks run dry. Highly recommend stopping by the bar even if it’s for one drink to be served by Freddy! The hotel secured us with transport to and from the airport which saved us time and the hassle of picking up or returning a rental car. The interior of the hotel room was superior. From upscale linens, high tech lighting and privacy settings, and amazing views I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here 2x while going to the Galapagos and coming back at the end of our trip. Superb rooms, great beds and bathrooms with great views of the surrounding area. Staff are great. Shuttle is always on time and the breakfast is the best in Ecuador! To top it off the gym and pool are great for a workout. The best hotel near the airport.

I've stayed here 2 times when coming to Quito. It's an easy ride from the airport on the hotel shuttle. The rooms are comfortable with plush beds, and spacious bathrooms. The breakfast menu is superb with lots of variety of food from international to local. Great stay!!
