Ebano Hotel Apartments & Spa

We had such a great stay at this hotel in Ibiza! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish. The rooms were really good, modern, and very clean, which made our stay super comfortable. One thing we really appreciated was that even after we checked out, the staff were happy to hold onto our bags so we could enjoy the rest of the day exploring Ibiza without any hassle. Overall, the experience was brilliant , amazing service, great rooms, and a lovely atmosphere throughout. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone heading to Ibiza!

We were very satisfied with almost everything. The hotel is well equipped and the wifi worked perfectly even at the pool. Our room was on the first floor above the main hall so it was a bit noisy at times, but that's just a minor thing. Special thanks to the staff for their excellent work. This is an exceptional hotel, we will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the sink was blocked, and although we informed reception, the issue was only temporarily fixed by cleaning staff — the blockage returned shortly after. The cleanliness of the room was far below expectations. The towels provided were stained and looked unwashed, and to our shock, we even found insects in the bathroom. The room included a kitchen, but we couldn't use it at all due to the poor hygienic conditions. The photos online are very misleading. The rooms appear modern and clean in the pictures, but in reality, they are old, poorly maintained, and quite dirty — especially the bathroom. I do not recommend this hotel if you’re expecting even a basic level of cleanliness or comfort.
