Ebino Puluong Resort And Spa

The staff has been nothing but amazing! They arranged a room for us in the middle of the night and came to pick us up. The view from the room was breathtaking! Everything was super clean and beautiful.

Ebino was a little bit of a mixed bag. Set into the slopes, with a very steep access lane (very difficult for the elderly), the resort bungalows generally boast beautiful views across the valley, although bungalows numbered above 107 will have a blocked view. Just below the bungalows is the same narrow lane used to access the hotel, which leads down into the village, so you may have intermittent motorcycles passing, and the occasional instagrammer posing in the rice fields. Within the resort, there are steep paths which are uneven, and in the main building, the rooms above in the multi-storey unit all require steps (no lift). Rooms in main building have french windows which look out to the surrounding countryside, but these open on to the shared access corridor, so may lack privacy. Our bungalow rooms were reasonably spacious with air conditioning, kettles and a balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Bathroom had an odd rock-shaped bathtub with no standing shower, so mobility issues might arise again. The resort had a slightly neglected feel, with some run down areas. Breakfasts were quite adequate, but not sumptuous! The highlights of the stay: staff were very friendly and helpful throughout, their warmth made our stay memorable. Dinners here were lovely: Vietnamese food was homely, tasty and affordable. The massage was good, friendly service from Phuong and Thuo, and affordable. Overall, a stay that was memorable for the friendliness of the staff.

We had a great stay at Eboni. Jenny was very helpful with arranging transportation and day trips. The room was very spacious and had a great view on the race terraces. The breakfast was divers. The food in the restaurant can be improved. The kids play room was great for our kids (4/6) all in all we had a great stay. Thank you!
