Really good polite and accommodating staff, room was good too, Water heater was working fine and Aircon was really good compared to other hotels i lived in , Location is good as there is 7/11 near by , one cafe in premises and good restaurant next door. Overall it was good experience little far from city center but good
This is the best hotel I can imagine for staying near the Laoag airport. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are adequate - not the Ritz Carlton but great for a good night's sleep before or after a flight. Limited food options nearby but there are restaurants a short tricycle ride away. Their free airport shuttle service is stellar! I would definitely stay here again if flying into or out of the Laoag airport. WiFi mostly sucks but if you get on the right router or works fine (the first two logins did not work but the third worked, so if the login they give you does not work ask for another - again they are very accommodating 😁) Surprisingly quiet given that it is on a busy road and backs on to a large school.
Bang for the buck rooms. Marcel from the front desk, was very accommodating and friendly. Location is accessible to public transportation. It cost us about PHP80 to go to Robinsons Mall or Laoag City proper. A trike can accommodate 2 persons only.
