Overall a premium experience! The guests should be able to open the room windows way wider, but I understand that might be related to the building design (for a bit of more fresh air). The service was stunning, always welcoming. It is a great place to disconnect from everyday life.
(–) I don't get why sauna closes so early. I booked your hotel with the intent of relaxing after a long day outside. It should be clearly stated in your online presence. It should be a standard for a 4* hotel to allow sauna access in the evening. I would probably not book if I knew it closes early. I got a view on the back of the hotel, so not really impressed with my stay. (+) Great food in the restaurant. Nice views near the lake. Convenient parking. Friendly staff.
Dined out for some dinner recently and I ordered the steak. For the price of the steak I expected a lot better. My steak was severely over cooked and half of the chips were small crisped ones that are found at the bottom of the frying machine. I wouldn’t be one to complain to staff but it is worth noting for future customers.
