Just had the most amazing 2-day stay at Mandara Tree Villa, McLeodganj in their MTV Jacuzzi Room — and I’m beyond impressed! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. The property manager was courteous and professional, ensuring our comfort throughout. The hotel management and services were spot-on — everything was smooth, timely, and perfectly arranged. The restaurant staff deserve a special mention too; the food was delicious, and service was prompt and warm. The room itself was a total delight — clean, cozy, and the Jacuzzi added that perfect touch of relaxation amidst the mountains. A big thank you to the entire team at Mandara Tree Villa for making our stay so memorable. Wishing you all the best — keep up the great work! Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Mandara Tree Villa. All the basics - pristine clean rooms, delicious food, prompt service - were in good order. The highlight was how Prince and team were invested in making our trip memorable. They often went out of their way - helping us plan itinerary, talking to locals on our behalf for best rates, enquiring about live weather conditions/ visibility - to ensure we had a great vacation. 5/5 for sure.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of empathy and professionalism shown by the hotel manager during a very stressful time. Due to a natural calamity heavy rains and flood it was unsafe and impossible for us to travel to the hotel. Despite providing documentation and local advisories urging against travel, the manager refused to cancel or refund our booking. What’s worse was the cold and unhelpful tone used when we tried to explain the situation. There was no attempt to offer a credit, reschedule, or even acknowledge the seriousness of the emergency. In times of crisis, a little flexibility and human decency go a long way. Sadly, this hotel chose to prioritize policy over people, even in dangerous circumstances. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable customer service or ethical management.
